the check-in was slow , but the bar had unlimited free wine and the breakfast included fresh fruit and a variety of bread. housekeeping staff were really friendly and did a great job keeping our room tidy , too.

The skiing area is amazing and one of the best in Europe. Free wine with dinner made the evenings so much better.

The staff were super friendly, which made our stay even better. Plus, there was always plenty of food available, and both the bar and restaurant had a nice selection to offer.

We faced a little inconvenience when we encountered low water pressure in the shower during peak evening hours, which made it tough to enjoy a quick rinse after skiing.
